Ylang Nguyen

Ylang Nguyen is an advisor at ApolloFactor and has over 10 years of experience in product management. Ylang has a strong track record of developing product vision and strategy, and overseeing cross-functional execution. In their previous role as Vice President of Product Management at WireWheel, they led and managed product vision, strategy, and implementation. Ylang oversaw UX and product teams, working collaboratively with Engineering and GTM, to discover, hypothesize, test, and iterate product features and offerings. Ylang transformed the product management discipline at WireWheel to be more customer led, design led, and growth led.

Prior to joining WireWheel, Ylang was the Chief Product Officer at Interologic, where they developed and promoted product vision and strategy for a suite of AI-driven B2B data analytics products. Ylang translated strategy into actionable plans and roadmaps, while overseeing cross-functional execution. Ylang worked closely with clients—through user interviews, testing, and account management—to ensure their needs were being met. Ylang led investor presentations and built the team from ground up. In 7 months, they oversaw the launch of 4 apps.

Ylang has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
