Yael Cholow

Yael Cholow currently serves as Vice President of HR at Apono since January 2025. Prior to this role, Cholow was Head of HR at Ctrl from June 2022 until its acquisition by Sana AI in September 2024. From October 2018 to June 2022, Cholow held the position of Director of HR at Zencity, where the focus was on leveraging AI and big data to enhance decision-making for local governments. Cholow's experience also includes working as a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist at Trusteer from September 2013 to June 2017. Academically, Cholow obtained a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Reichman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tel Aviv University, along with a certificate in Fashion Illustration from Shenkar - Engineering.
