Georgia E. Vasquez has extensive experience in leadership and education within religious and community service organizations. Currently serving as the National Ladies Auxiliary President for the Apostolic Assembly since 2002, Georgia has also been a public speaker, educator, and worship leader. Concurrently, since December 2007, Georgia has worked as an Adult and Youth Educator and Consultant at AFT-Chicago. Past roles include serving as the International Ladies Auxiliary Treasurer for the Apostolic Assembly of The Faith In Christ Jesus from November 2018 to December 2020 and as the Coordinator of Community Services at the Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center until July 2011. Georgia holds a Master of Arts in Ministry with a focus on Organizational Leadership & Community Outreach from McCormick Theological Seminary, and a Master's Degree in Urban Ministry Development from the same institution. Additionally, Georgia has completed Clinical Pastoral Education in Chaplaincy Services at Northwestern University.

The Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus is a predominantly Hispanic-American Apostolic (Oneness Pentecostal) Christian church. Founded by 20 churches of Mexican immigrants scattered throughout the American Southwest in 1925, the Apostolic Assembly has grown to be 750 churches in the United States with missionary presence in 27 countries at the present.
