Shane Lambert

Shane Lambert has a strong background in restaurant operations, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Partner at Apostrophe D Restaurants, LLC since June 2015. Prior to this role, Shane held the position of General Manager at J. Alexander's Restaurants from June 2012 to May 2015, as well as at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group from November 2008 to May 2012, and at Houston's, Inc. from June 1996 to April 2008.
