Carin Wallsten

Carin Wallsten has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field, currently serving as a Legitimerad Apotekare at Apoteksgruppen since August 2013, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with medication regulations and providing information about medications. Prior to this, Carin Wallsten worked at AstraZeneca R&D from 1998 to 2013 in various roles, including Study Delivery Director and Pharmacokinetics Specialist, overseeing the design of clinical studies and managing teams of clinical research managers. Carin also held positions at Astra Arcus, focusing on safety pharmacology and preclinical project coordination from 1993 to 1998, and began a career in pharmacy at Apoteket Renen from 1985 to 1988. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Medical Behavioral Science and a Master's in Pharmacy from Uppsala University.
