Eyal Schwartzberg

Eyal Schwartzberg has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Eyal is the Founder and Chairman of ApoWiser Ltd. since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Management Consultant and a General Manager at Neopharm Group from March 2019 to April 2021. Eyal also served as a Member of 8400 - The Health Network starting from July 2019. Eyal has an academic background and held positions as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Long Island University since February 2017 and an Associate Professor at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev since September 2004. Eyal also had experience in the healthcare industry as the Deputy Director General of Research, Development & Innovation at Tel Aviv Medical Center from March 2018 to March 2019 and as the Head of Pharmaceutical & Enforcement Divisions at the Israel Ministry of Health from October 2012 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, Eyal served as the Head of Pharmaceutical Services and Clinical Laboratories at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center from January 2007 to October 2012.

Eyal Schwartzberg completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree in Pharmacy at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 1996. Eyal then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Evidence Based Pharmacotherapy at Aston University from 1999 to 2001. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health system management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2005 and 2010.
