Mac Huang is currently the Global HR of the Chairman's office at Asia Pulp & Paper Group, where they also serve as the special assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer and HR director of the Tissue Business Unit. They previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Jabil, overseeing HR operations for 20,000 employees across multiple sites, and at TYC, directing HR policy and strategy for a global automotive lighting manufacturer. Earlier in their career, Mac worked at Fujitsu and Genesis Technology, where they focused on HR policy development and market expansion, respectively. Mac holds an EMBA and is a Ph.D. candidate in Manufacturing Information and Systems from National Cheng Kung University.
