Tanya Strohmayer

Tanya Strohmayer is the current Human Resources Director at Marimekko. Prior to their current position, they were the Human Resources Director at Huurre Group from May 2016 to February 2017. During their time at Huurre Group, Strohmayer was responsible for overall HR management and was a member of the company's management team. Tanya also led Huurre Group's HR and Communications and reported directly to the CEO.

Under Strohmayer's leadership, Huurre Group went through a large business transformation, which they led from the people and culture perspective. This included restructuring the company, leading collaboration negotiations in 4 business units, and improving strategic and systematic leadership and management practices. As a result of these efforts, Huurre Group was acquired by Caverion Oyj in 2019.

Tanya Strohmayer has a postgraduate degree in Asian Trade and Culture from the INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT EDUCATION CENTRE. Tanya also has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Bachelor in International Business from Schiller International University. In addition, they have certification from SHL Talent Measurement from CEB in SHL OPQ and 360 Facilitator. Finally, they have certification from Hay Group in HAY job evaluation.

They are on a team with Riika Wikberg - Business Development Director, Morten Israelsen - Chief Sales Officer , and Elina Anckar - Chief Financial Officer. Tanya Strohmayer reports to Tiina Alahuhta-Kasko, President & CEO.
