App Team Carolina
Ella Gonzales is a dynamic undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a COMP 110 Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, Ella provides individualized tutoring in Python fundamentals. Currently serving as a Product Manager for App Team Carolina, Ella is focused on developing a mobile application for PORCH, a hunger relief non-profit. Past roles include iOS Apprenticeship Trainee, where Ella gained expertise in app development and design, and Marketing Director for Latinos in Tech at UNC-Chapel Hill, enhancing resources for the Latinx technology community. Ella also holds the position of Vice President of Logistics at UNC Ascend, promoting engagement among first-year students. Selected as one of 50 students for Google's Latinx Student Leadership Summit, Ella continues to expand leadership and technical skills, complemented by an upcoming internship at Microsoft. Prior experience includes a teaching assistant role at Kumon North America, Inc.

The mission of App Team Carolina is to create a collaborative space for UNC students to design, build, and release apps for Apple platforms. App Team Carolina's multi-faceted development process aims to leverage its individual skillsets while encouraging cooperation among team members with different levels of experience.
