App Team Carolina
Ishaan Balakrishnan is a Mobile Development Intern at Litmus7 since August 2024, and a Machine Learning Research Assistant at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy since September 2023. In addition, Ishaan is a member of App Team Carolina and a project team member at CS+Social Good, both roles commenced in early 2024. Previous experience includes an internship as a Software Engineer at Innominds and serving as Chief Quality Assurance Officer for the International Collegiate Programming Contest. As President of the UNC Astronomy Club, responsibilities included organizing bi-weekly meetings and telescope viewing sessions. Ishaan also worked as a Fulldome Navigator at Morehead Planetarium and Science Center and was part of the Education team at CS+Social Good. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Ishaan completed high school at Panther Creek High School with a diploma in Computer Science.

The mission of App Team Carolina is to create a collaborative space for UNC students to design, build, and release apps for Apple platforms. App Team Carolina's multi-faceted development process aims to leverage its individual skillsets while encouraging cooperation among team members with different levels of experience.
