Grace Kurzbauer started their career as an Intern in the Political Section of the Embassy of Poland in Moscow in 2010. Grace then worked as an Export Specialist at Kegel-Blazusiak from March 2011 to January 2012. After that, they served as a Digital Consultant at Carpassion until February 2014. From March 2012 to April 2014, Grace worked as a Digital Operations Manager at SeoPult. Grace then became a Project Administrator at Mail.Ru Group from April 2014 to December 2015. Grace joined Revolut as a Customer Support Analyst in December 2015, and later became the Head of Customer Support & Branch Manager from February 2016 to July 2017. In September 2017, they joined Tagvenue as an Operations and Partnerships Manager, where they were responsible for expansion, GDPR compliance, business operations, growth, and finance. Lastly, Grace currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at AppAgent, a Strategic & Creative Mobile Marketing Agency, starting from May 2020.
Grace Kurzbauer began their education in 2003 at V Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Augusta Witkowskiego w Krakowie, where they studied Social Sciences. Grace completed this stage of their education in 2006. In the same year, Grace obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in English (C2) from Cambridge University.
From 2006 to 2012, Grace attended Jagiellonian University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Russian Studies.
