China Riddle

China Riddle is an experienced digital communications professional with a diverse background in strategy, content management, and legislative work. Currently serving as Digital Strategy Manager and Content Strategist at the Appalachian Regional Commission since December 2018, China has held various roles such as Director of Digital Communications and Digital Communications Manager at The Farm Credit Council from November 2016 to November 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Communications and Digital Manager at The American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity and Communications Consultant at DCI Group. China began a career in communications as a Legislative Intern for Congressman Andy Barr and Senator Ray Jones, with earlier experience as a Social Entrepreneurship Fellow at the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Foundation. China earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Business Administration from Alice Lloyd College in 2014.
