Chris Brazell

Chris Brazell, MBA, serves as the Infrastructure Program Manager for IoT and Smart Grids at the Appalachian Regional Commission since July 1999, focusing on managing economic development grant investments in infrastructure projects across a vast service area. Chris has a background in academia as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand, where lectures encompassed economic policy and financial regulation. Additionally, Chris worked as an Economic Development Specialist at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, providing crucial support to small businesses in the rural Mississippi Delta Region.
