Mary Moran

Mary Moran has extensive experience in program analysis and grants management, currently serving as a Program Analyst for the Appalachian Regional Commission since February 2003, overseeing federal grants in education, workforce training, business development, health, and community capacity. Previous roles include Grants Management Specialist and Executive Assistant at the same organization, and Executive Assistant positions at the U.S. Peace Corps and Resources for the Future. Mary Moran possesses a Master of Arts in Social and Public Policy from Georgetown University, a Graduate Certificate in Women's Studies from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in World Politics from The Catholic University of America, complemented by studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
