Khurram B. Tariq MD, FACP, currently serves as a Physician Leader for the Provider Compensation Steering Committee and Director of the Oncology Service Line at Seby B. Jones Cancer Center within the Appalachian Regional Healthcare System. Additionally, Khurram holds roles as Director of the Research Department and Oncology Physician Leader for various committees. An adjunct professor at Appalachian State University, Khurram is also the Director of Blood & CancerX Oncology Service Line at American TelePhysicians and serves as Program Chair for the American Society of Hematology Live Review Pakistan. As the founder of HOPPE Virtual Physician Group, Khurram fosters collaboration among hematologists and oncologists across various regions. Khurram's educational background includes a fellowship in Hematology-Medical Oncology from the Medical College of Georgia and additional training in Internal Medicine and medicine degrees from St. George's University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
