Kelsi Butler

Kelsi Butler, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in nonprofit and corporate environments. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Appalachian Voices since October 2022, Kelsi has established HR initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, including performance reviews and employee recognition programs. Prior experience includes an Executive Team Lead role at Target, where Kelsi managed HR compliance and team development, and a successful entrepreneurship in private yoga instruction. Additionally, Kelsi held multiple roles at OASIS, Inc., providing critical support in strategic planning and direct services for survivors of domestic violence. Kelsi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Management from Appalachian State University.
