Deepak Mohindra

Deepak Mohindra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fashion and textile industry, serving as a Private Investor at Apparel Resources since January 1992, where investments in fashtech and fashion e-commerce start-ups are complemented by pro bono mentorship for emerging companies. Deepak also holds the position of Chairman at Apparel Resources Pvt Ltd, which has transitioned from Contact Communications to provide a crucial business and educational platform for the garment-textile manufacturing and export sector in the Indian sub-continent, alongside organizing fashion tech and sourcing trade events. Previously, Deepak served as Editor-in-Chief for Apparel Online and Stitch World and as Consulting Editor for AEPC's Apparel India and NIFT's Fashion & Beyond from August 1980 to December 1994. Deepak holds a Diploma in Journalism and a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University, completed in the late 1970s.
