Greyson Korn

Greyson Korn is an experienced onboarding specialist and technical support representative at ApparelMagic, where responsibilities include providing technical support for an ERP system and database through email, phone, and remote conferencing. Prior experience includes serving as a data team assistant at Palm Beach Atlantic University, processing admissions materials and managing student records in the Slate CRM system. Additional roles include two stints as a service desk analyst at Ascena Retail Group, where troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for store associates was key. Greyson holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Palm Beach Atlantic University, completed in 2020, and graduated from Worthington Kilbourne High School in 2015.
