Sean Seifert

Sean Seifert began their work experience in 2011 as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Mac Heaters, where they implemented improvements to factory processes and designed new parts. In 2012, they joined Appareo Systems as an Embedded Software Engineer, specializing in real-time and embedded Linux systems. Sean then worked their way up to become a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, overseeing multiple projects and providing system demonstrations for customers. In 2018, Sean became the Product Engineering Team Lead, where they resolved product defects and managed the product life-cycle post-design. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Chief Engineer at Appareo Systems, leading a full stack team in the development of an air seeder project. Currently, Sean holds the role of Product Owner at Appareo Systems, where they work with Product Managers and customers to develop and improve product lines.

Sean Seifert earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Dakota State University, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Sean later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Dakota, completing the program between 2017 and 2019.
