Victor Gallegos

Victor Gallegos has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998 at Sony Baja California S.A. de C.V. as a Process Engineer. Victor designed and optimized processes for circuit board assembly and coordinated with various departments for the introduction of new display models.

In 2000, they joined Cooper Standard as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, where they coordinated process improvement efforts, managed layout plans, and increased efficiency for multiple areas. Victor then became a Production Operations Leader, overseeing 5 production areas and managing a team of 85 people. Victor monitored performance and reported results to senior management.

Starting in 2005, Victor served as a Quality Engineer at Cooper Standard, monitoring the quality performance of over 120 part numbers and assisting in solving customer quality issues. Victor also applied problem-solving and team-building techniques to address failures.

In 2008, Victor joined John Deere Electronic Solutions as a Quality Engineer & Value Stream Mapping Coordinator. Victor monitored quality performance for numerous part numbers, participated in the APQP process, and communicated quality issues to senior management and customers.

Most recently, Victor has been working at Appareo Systems since 2017. Victor started as the Director of Quality Engineering and later took on the role of Vice President of Quality in July 2021.

Victor Gallegos obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialty in Quality from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Victor studied at the institution from 1993 to 1997.
