Ched Hoover began their work experience as the Director of Business Development for Apparity, starting in July 2012. Ched Hoover attended Westminster Schools from 1969 to 1974, where they obtained their high school education. After that, they pursued their higher education at Washington and Lee University from 1975 to 1977. It is unclear whether they earned a degree during their time there. In 1977, Hoover enrolled at The University of Georgia and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance in 1978. Ched then proceeded to Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing from 1980 to 1982.
