Aaron J. Pierce

Aaron J. Pierce is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of DevSecOps Engineering & Application Support at TIAA, where responsibilities include leading teams focused on software delivery technology and practices, as well as contributing to the Enterprise Cloud Business Office and Agile Practices Community. Pierce has held various leadership roles at TIAA, including Director positions in Institutional and Individual Financial Services, overseeing project delivery, systems integration, and infrastructure support. In addition to current advisory board roles at GitLab, Atlassian, and CloudBees, Pierce's background includes significant positions at Wachovia, IBM, AT&T Solutions, and MCI, with a strong emphasis on IT transformations and service delivery. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
