Carola Malavenda has a diverse work experience in the software development and customer operations fields. Carola started their career in 2002 at Consorzio Pisa Ricerche as a Software Developer for research and development. Later, in the same year, they joined Vodafone as a Consultant of Customer Operations Consumer, where they worked for almost 18 years before leaving in March 2020. Currently, they are working as a Software Developer at Apparound, a company focusing on digitizing sales processes.
Carola Malavenda holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Università di Pisa. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Project Management Base from Istituto Italiano di Project Management - ISIPM in November 2019, Building Web APIs with ASP.NET Web API 2.2 from LinkedIn in October 2019, and LINQ with C# Essential Training from LinkedIn in September 2019.
