Chantal Allen

Chantal Allen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chantal started their career as a Supervisor/Museum guide at the New Brunswick Interment Camp Museum from June 2008 to September 2009. Chantal then worked as a Supervisor/ Sales Associate and later as a NB Manager/ Supervisor/ Sales Associate at Altimax/Advanced Tech from April 2010 to January 2015.

In 2013, Chantal took on the role of Student Teacher at George St Middle School from September 2013 to June 2014. During the same time, they also worked as a Private Tutor from September 2013 to May 2014.

From January 2015 to June 2015, Chantal worked as a Customer Interaction Agent at NB Power. Chantal then joined Skillsoft and held various roles within the company. Chantal started as a Lead Generation - Business Development from June 2015 to November 2017, followed by an Account Manager position from November 2017 to May 2018. Chantal then took on the role of Manager, Business Development - Global Training & Performance from June 2018 to May 2020. In this role, they centralized the BDR process across different locations and developed training programs for new hires. Chantal also improved the team's performance and achieved high quota attainment rates.

Chantal's next position was a Project Management - Scrum Master at Skillsoft from May 2020 to October 2020. In this role, they led marketing teams and implemented Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.

Most recently, Chantal joined Appcast, Inc in October 2020 as an Enterprise Account Executive. Chantal achieved impressive results, including exceeding quota by 110% in their first fiscal year, receiving the Rookie of the Year award, and closing over 30 new logos within 12 months. In March 2022, they were promoted to the role of Team Lead - Enterprise Sales at Appcast, Inc, where they help companies optimize their recruitment budget and improve candidate flow/diversity.

Chantal Allen attended the University of New Brunswick from 2008 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree. Chantal'sfield of study was History/French. Additionally, Chantal obtained several certifications, including the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in Marketing from ICAgile in November 2020, and multiple certifications in Agile and Scrum methodologies from Skillsoft in 2020. Chantal also completed certifications in Leadership Insights on Coaching and Managing in a Crisis from Skillsoft in March 2020.
