Diana Mummert

Diana Mummert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical services, implementation, and talent acquisition management. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Services and Implementation at Appcast, Inc. since November 2021, previous roles include Team Lead and Implementation Consultant. Prior to Appcast, Mummert worked at ADP, leading client services and technical support teams, where responsibilities included coaching staff and ensuring high service delivery standards. Mummert has also held project management and operational excellence roles at Bond International Software, Inc. and WorldPay, and began a career in talent acquisition at Talagy and Stride and Associates. Mummert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management from Georgia College & State University.
