Illia Shusterman

Illia Shusterman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 2010, they started at EPAM Systems as a Junior Software Testing Engineer and eventually became a Lead Software Testing Engineer, where they led and coordinated team members, established QA processes, performed requirements analysis and testing, and communicated with clients.
