Theresa Pham

Theresa Pham has a diverse work experience in product management and business analysis. Theresa is currently the Director of Product Management at Tealium, where they are responsible for driving product strategy for the customer data platform. Prior to that, they worked at Intuit as a Product Manager, focusing on product strategy and personalization for TurboTax.com. Theresa also served as the Director of Business Analysis at Wunderman Thompson, where they built and managed the agency's Product & Solutions practice. Additionally, they have experience as a Product Leader at America's Charities Engage CSR Solution and as a Business Analyst/Product Manager at North Shore Systems, where they managed the development of a SaaS platform for brokers. Theresa Pham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information & Computer Science from UC Irvine. Theresa also obtained a Certificate in Digital Design from UC San Diego Extended Studies, completing the program from 2011 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they achieved the Scrum Product Owner certification from Mountain Goat Software in September 2020 and became a Certified Scrum Product Owner through the Scrum Alliance in March 2016.
