Tj Dinsmoor

TJ Dinsmoor has held various roles throughout their work experience. TJ began their career at TMP Directional Marketing as an Interactive Marketing Analyst from August 2010 to April 2011. From September 2011 to September 2014, they worked at TMP Worldwide as a Media Strategist, where they analyzed recruitment marketing campaigns and developed high-impact media plans. TJ then became an Account Director at TMP Worldwide from September 2014 to December 2015, managing large enterprise clients and growing revenue by 200%.

In 2016, Dinsmoor joined ZipRecruiter as an Account Executive, specializing in vendor/agency relationships and generating $200,000 in revenue within the first three months. TJ then returned to TMP Worldwide as Director, Media Solutions from February 2017 to August 2017, and later served as Director, Client Strategy from July 2016 to March 2018. In these roles, they developed and sustained client relationships, identified hiring needs, and prepared comprehensive strategy plans.

From April 2018 to May 2019, Dinsmoor worked as a Senior Agency Relationship Manager at ZipRecruiter, where they built and maintained relationships with recruitment ad agencies, developed business plans, and provided workforce planning initiatives. Currently, they are employed at Appcast, Inc as Enterprise Channel Relations since May 2019, and then promoted to Team Lead, Agency from February 2020 to March 2021. TJ is currently serving as the Director of Agency Sales since March 2021.

From 2005 to 2009, TJ Dinsmoor attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising.
