Dwayne Byxbe

Dwayne Byxbe is a seasoned maintenance management professional with extensive experience in the optical manufacturing and automotive industries. Dwayne served as Senior Maintenance Manager at Luxottica, overseeing maintenance operations for a 24/7 optical lens manufacturing facility, where responsibilities included managing direct and indirect reports. Dwayne progressed to the role of Director of Maintenance and Energy for North American Operations, leading multiple facilities and a large team of maintenance personnel while managing departmental resources and expenses. Prior experience includes a position as Vice President of Manufacturing at Checker Motors Corporation, where Dwayne managed operations across multiple manufacturing buildings. Dwayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from West Texas A&M University, an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Navarro College, and certifications in equipment reliability and lean manufacturing from University of Tennessee and University of Michigan, respectively.
