Anna Herd

Anna Herd began their work experience at Pearson VUE in 2015 as a Call Center Representative. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Pearson VUE and a Marketing and Social Media Intern at Erbert and Gerbert's Sandwich Shop. Anna also served as an Administrative Specialist at Clemson University from 2016 to 2018. From 2017 to 2017, Anna worked as a Summer Global Intern at Relocation Today. In 2018, they joined Foodsby as a Success Associate. Anna's most recent position is as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Mobile SME at Appcues, a role they started in December 2020 before being promoted to Customer Success Manager and then Senior Customer Success Manager.

Anna Herd completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Clemson University, from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Holy Family Catholic High School and obtained their High School diploma. Additionally, Anna has obtained several certifications from Appcues, including "Mobile App Onboarding 101," "Value-First Onboarding" (twice), "Free-to-Paid Conversion," "Product Launches 101," and "User Onboarding 101." The certifications were earned between November 2021 and August 2022.
