James Ellis

James Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. James is currently working as the Principal Mobile Engineering Lead at Appcues. Prior to this, they worked at Fox Corporation for 8 years, starting as a Software Engineer and eventually being promoted to the roles of Manager, Engineering and Director, Mobile Engineering. In these positions, they were responsible for leading technical projects and teams, including the development of the FOX Sports Mobile Android app and data centralization projects. Before joining Fox Corporation, James worked at ExxonMobil for 7 years in various roles, including Application Design Lead, Technical Team Lead, Research Application Developer, and Software Developer.

James Ellis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington. James also holds additional certifications in Mobile App Onboarding 101 and User Onboarding 101, both obtained from Appcues in August 2022 and November 2021 respectively.
