Alexandra Tremblay

Alexandra Tremblay is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in strategic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate securities. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Strategic Transactions at AppDirect since December 2020, Alexandra previously held roles at McCarthy Tétrault as Senior Counsel and Associate, as well as positions at White & Case LLP, Stikeman Elliott LLP, and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Academic qualifications include a B.A. in Political Science from McGill University, LL.L. and LL.B. degrees from the University of Ottawa, and completion of the École du Barreau du Québec.
