Leslyn Hayes

Leslyn Hayes is an Associate General Counsel at AppDirect, bringing extensive experience in legal counsel, corporate strategy, and compliance to high-growth tech companies. Previously, Leslyn held positions as a Senior Counsel at Firstbase.com, Compliance Officer at State Street, and Corporate Associate at Sullivan & Worcester LLP, where they advised on corporate matters and securities law. Leslyn began their career with an internship at the Massachusetts State House and later served as an AmeriCorps Kindergarten Teaching Fellow at Bridge Boston Charter School, developing innovative curricula for students in need. Leslyn earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Politics from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law.
