Megan Barnes

Megan Holsen is an experienced manager with a strong background in project management and customer support. Currently serving as the Manager and Team Lead for Order Management at AppDirect since July 2020, Megan supports advisors and team members on various projects while acting as the liaison for invest program participants. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at On Track Communications Inc. from November 2017 to July 2020, where Megan collaborated with clients and partners to ensure project completion using Mastersteam software. At Zendesk from November 2015 to October 2017, Megan provided customer support across multiple products, assisting numerous end-users. Previous roles include managing operations at Eat Smart Cafe and working as a Line Therapist for the Wisconsin Early Autism Project, focusing on skill development for autistic children. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Evolutionary Biology and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 2014.
