Dean Mcdonald serves as the Director of Customer Success for the APJ region at Appdome since October 2022. Previously, Dean held significant roles at Zscaler as Sales Engineering Manager and at ServiceNow as Senior Manager for Systems Engineering, where expertise spanned areas such as Azure, DevOps, and Terraform. With over a decade at Nominum, Dean transitioned from Senior Sales Engineer to Senior Director of Sales Engineering for the APAC region, managing technical aspects of the sales lifecycle. Earlier experience includes positions at Akamai Technologies, Telstra BigPond, COMindico Australia, and Connect.com.au, with a focus on systems engineering and development. Academic achievements include an MBA and master's degrees in Cybersecurity and Networking & Systems Administration from prestigious institutions, alongside ongoing studies in Psychology at Deakin University.
