Lydia Mor

Head of HR at Appdome

Lydia Mor is the current Head of HR at Appdome. Prior to their current position, they served as the VP of HR at Octopol from January 2021 to November 2021. In this role, they provided leadership for the entire Human Resources department, collaborated with the management team to craft the company's vision and mission, hired and evaluated the work of employees in Israel and Europe, and supported managers in effective decision-making. Lydia also developed strategic HR plans and policies, controlled the HR budget, and reported on staffing costs and initiatives.

Before their role at Octopol, Lydia served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Geneyx from March 2020 to August 2020. In this role, they were responsible for providing the most comprehensive, diversified, and reliable genome-based databank supporting pre-clinical research, novel drug, and therapeutics development for pharma companies, universities, and research facilities.

Lydia Mor has a background in group counseling courses from Beit Berl College. Lydia also has a BA in English & French Linguistics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In addition, they have their teacher's certification from the same school. Lydia later took an entrepreneurship course in business and management from Ismea (Israel Small & Medium Enterprises Authority) in Raanana, Israel. Finally, they take an annual human resources course from The College of Management Academic Studies.

Lydia Mor reports to Tom Tovar, CEO. They work with Chris Roeckl - Chief Customer Officer, Dadi Avner - CFO, and Alan Bavosa - VP, Security Products.
