Mark David Dumlao

Mark David Dumlao is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Engineer at Appdome since November 2023, Mark has also held significant roles as an IT Consultant at Multi-fold Links, Inc. since June 2008, and as a Technical Consultant at Shippit until October 2023. Mark co-founded Intelimina Systems, Inc., a software company focused on government and health solutions, and has provided consulting services to various organizations, including the Department of Health in the Philippines. Mark's expertise includes managing IT implementations and training in Open Source technologies, supported by a solid educational background from the University of the Philippines.
