Marta Miyar Palacios

Marta Miyar Palacios currently serves as General Counsel at Appdome since May 2023. Prior to this role, Marta was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Oportun from November 2014 to February 2023, where Marta led a legal team overseeing international legal matters and commercial negotiations. Marta has also held positions as Senior Director and Senior Global Counsel at various organizations, advising on a range of legal issues including commercial and corporate matters. Earlier in the career, Marta served as Of Counsel at Perkins Coie LLP and held roles at Bingham McCutchen LLP, focusing on commercial litigation and compliance. Marta Miyar Palacios earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Regional Studies with a concentration in Spanish from Columbia University.
