Amund Frislie

Amund Frislie has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Amund currently holds the position of Head of Contribution Products at Appear, a role that they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Pexip from 2019 to 2023 as Director of Products, where they contributed to the overall product roadmap, coordinated agile product development projects, and collaborated on pricing and go-to-market strategies. From 2015 to 2019, they served as Customer Success Director at Videxio, focusing on developing organizational processes and managing customer relationships. Before that, they were the VP of Delivery at Viju AS from 2014 to 2015, responsible for project delivery and product management. Amund also has a background in video collaboration services, having worked at Cisco Systems from 2010 to 2014 as a Senior Manager, and at TANDBERG from 2002 to 2010 in various roles, including Regional Product Manager and Director of Services. Amund started their career as a Consultant at Creuna in 2000, specializing in software development. Amund's earliest work experience was as a Software Developer at Lucent Technologies from 1997 to 1998.

Amund Frislie has a diverse education history. In 1999, they obtained a BEng (Hons) degree in Information Systems Engineering from the University of Surrey. Later in 2005, they completed Project Management Levels 1 and 2 courses at BI Norwegian Business School. In 2011, they pursued a Master of Technology Management (MTM) degree, specializing in Executive Study, at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). The following year, in 2012, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management as a Visiting Fellow in the MBA program, focusing on Innovation and Strategy. In addition to their formal education, Amund has obtained several certifications, including being a Sun Certified Java Programmer and a LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) Practitioner.
