Diogo Souza

Diogo Souza is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Service Delivery at Appen since May 2017, Diogo has previously held roles as Group Manager of IT Service Desk and IT Service Desk Manager within the same company. Prior to Appen, Diogo worked as Service Desk Team Lead at Modern Teaching Aids and as IT Supervisor and Team Leader at AeC Contact Center. Diogo's career began with freelancing as an IT Consultant and included significant roles such as IT Infrastructure Manager at Cesari Multissoluções em Logística and IT Support Analyst at Bignet BCMG Internet Services Ltd. Diogo holds a Technologist degree in Information Technology for Business Management from FATEC - College of Technology, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
