Petya Velcheva

Petya Velcheva currently serves as a Customer Success Specialist at Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution for scaling businesses, since November 2022. Additionally, Petya has worked as an Online Mystery Shopper at Appen since August 2022. Previously, Petya held roles at Forsta from 2017 to November 2022, serving as a Qualitative Project Manager and InterVU Project Operator, where responsibilities included providing support on Adobe Connect Pro and training new hires. Experience also includes managing multiple projects as a Project Manager at translate plus Services and Solutions from March 2019 to July 2020, handling high-profile clients and tight deadlines. Earlier work as a Research Specialist at Sixty K Ltd involved researching product specifications and performing quality assurance. Petya is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Brand Management at the University of National and World Economy, where a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management was earned from 2014 to 2018.
