In various leadership roles, including MEA Head of Support Services Go To Market and General Manager of MEA Global Service Centre, Trent managed significant teams and budgets, ensuring service delivery, strategy execution, and financial accountability. With a strong focus on automation, business strategy, and service development, Trent has contributed to substantial cost savings and improved service performance across multiple divisions. Trent holds a B. Comm. degree in Marketing Management from Rand Afrikaans University.
