Nadav Agian

Nadav Agian has extensive work experience in the medical and biotechnology industries. Nadav is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Append Medical since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of VP R&D & Engineering at Innovalve Bio Medical Ltd. from January 2021 to June 2022. From November 2017 to June 2022, Nadav worked as the COO at INNOVALVE Biomed Ltd. Nadav'srole at Microtech as the Head of product development lasted from May 2011 to November 2017. Before that, they worked as an R&D Manager at NiliMedix from May 2010 to May 2011. Nadav also served as the Engineering & Product Development Manager at NanoPass from September 2007 to May 2010. Prior to that, they worked as an R&D project manager at PowerPaper from September 2004 to September 2007. Beginning their career, Nadav worked as an R&D employee at Remon Medical Technologies from January 2003 to September 2004 and as an R&D Engineer at Memlink from April 2001 to January 2003.

Nadav Agian completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, starting in 1997 and ending in 2001. Nadav then pursued further education at Ruppin academic center, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Management, Marketing, and Business. This program lasted from 2013 to 2014.
