Jeff Gordon, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jeff started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Maxima Corporation in 1990 and later became a Project Leader at Stanley Associates in 1993. From 1995 to 2000, they worked as a Project Manager at Impact Innovations. Following that, they joined Cornell Technical Services as a Project Manager from 2000 to 2001. In 2002, they worked as a Systems Engineer at ManTech for two years. In 2003, they established their own company, Smart Innovative Solutions, where they served as the Owner until 2011. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of APPEREON Business Solutions Inc., a position they have held since 2011.

Jeff Gordon, MBA earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2019-2021). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Hampton University (1985-1990).
