Sayantani K. has over 13 years of work experience in Human Resources. Sayantani began their career in 2006 as an HR Executive at Dell. In 2007, they joined WNS Global Services SA as an Executive in the Talent Aquisition Team, where they worked with travel, banking, financial services and insurance verticals. In 2008, they moved to The Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz Ltd as a Senior Executive in Recruitment, where they managed the recruitment process of Senior Level Hiring, Niche Skill hiring, Campus Recruitment and Project based Hiring. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at Heuristics Informatics as a Human Resource Team, responsible for end to end recruitment, employees engagement, employee grievances and trainings. Currently, they are the Human Resources Manager at Appex Innovation.

Sayantani K. completed a B.Sc in Physics from the University of Calcutta between 2001 and 2004. Sayantani then pursued an MBA in HR from Guru Jambheshwar University between 2004 and 2006. In 2016 and 2017, Sayantani K. completed a Diploma in Creative Writing from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Lastly, they completed a Full time one year executive MBA from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2018-2019.
