Brian Krug

Brian Krug is the founder and CEO of AppFaktors, a position Brian has held since January 2023. Prior to this, Brian worked at ServiceNow from April 2016 to January 2023, starting as the VP of Product Success and later promoted to Sr Director of Product Success. Before their time at ServiceNow, Brian was the founder of ITapp from September 2012 to April 2016. Brian also served as the Vice President of Services at Cisco from February 2006 to April 2012, and as the Director of Services at ManageStar from 1996 to 2002. Brian Krug obtained their education at the University of California, Berkeley from 2009 to 2013.
