Everett Brownstein

Everett Brownstein is a seasoned professional in corporate development and advisory roles, currently serving as Principal of Corporate Development at Appfire since July 2022 and as an Advisor at Pangea since July 2024. Prior experience includes a significant role at ION from July 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included Head of M&A for ION Corporates. Everett has also worked as a Capital Markets Consultant and a participant in the Rotational Leadership Development Program. Early career experiences consist of internships at JUMP Investors, UBS, LiveIntent, Inc., Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, The Advisory Board Company, The Coca-Cola Company, and Sontag Advisory. Everett holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs and Economics from The George Washington University and graduated from The Taft School.
