Aaron Goekler

Aaron Goekler is an experienced product and customer success manager with a diverse background in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at AppFolio since September 2015, Aaron focuses on enhancing the management of off-campus student housing for customers. Previously, Aaron held multiple roles at 24-7 Intouch from November 2012 to June 2023, including Sr. Customer Success Manager and Team Lead, where responsibilities included leading a team of 15-20 agents and managing key client-driven performance metrics. Aaron's earlier experience includes a role as Department Manager at Hastings Entertainment, where responsibilities encompassed customer service and operational tasks. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of North Texas, completing the degree in 2010.
