Jen Downey

Jen Downey is an experienced manager at AppFolio, Inc., since March 2012. Previously, Jen served as an Implementation Manager and has a background in therapeutic practice, having worked as an intern therapist at Hope House, where responsibilities included designing treatment plans and managing client progress. Prior experience includes project management at Benefit Software, where personalized benefit statements were created, and as a property supervisor at Wolfe & Associates, overseeing a variety of properties. Additional roles in real estate include serving as a rental agent and leasing agent, where client interactions and project management skills were developed. Jen holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Westmont College.
