Kristen Brewer

Kristen Brewer is an experienced professional in public records and customer support, currently serving as Associate Manager at AppFolio, Inc. since February 2018. Kristen was the first member of the Public Records team, establishing processes and leading training initiatives. Responsibilities have included performing reinvestigations of public records, communicating with judicial agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to AppFolio, Kristen worked as an Escalated Case Manager at The W Group-Corporation, where responsibilities included managing customer support and resolving complex cases. Kristen began a career in retail at Tillys, achieving recognition as the top employee in 2013 while contributing to training and store operations. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
